# Urukk Blades

> Urukk Blades specializes in hand forging and handcrafting high end fully customizable artisanal quality Japanese style kitchen knives from Kochi City in Kerala State in South India. Our knives are individually hand forged in charcoal forges employing the traditional South Indian Blacksmithing techniques and utilize Indian exotic hard woods for knife handles. 
Urukk Blades is a passion project of Mr. Jesudas Puthumana, an Artist and Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years work experience.
